I have been doing business with Ben for a year and a half with great results. Ben is extremely professional. Unfortunately, I brought my wife's M&P Shield to simply have night sights installed and I have had to return 3 times to get them correct. The front sight was almost 1\4 inch off! This lack of attention to detail could have potentially proved fatal had the weapon been carried as I do every day. Ben and Joyce are very friendly, helpful, and expert. Fun to deal with. The small store, beside Highway 77, just north of Baldwin Road, is well-stocked with arms, accessories, knives, flashlights, and has discounted prices. I was prepared to pay MSRP, but didn't have to! I recommend Bay Guns & Gear!
