I have to say I was not impressed with how this company communicates. I phoned to make an appointment for them to site visit, this was discussed and agreed for 16:30 the very next day, I thought that was great. I was checking emails at 17:00 on the day of appointment to see how they had re scheduled for the following Thursday. An email??? really? why not telephone so we could arrange another time, we dropped everything to be here after all.
