Good reliable company I use them for my propane for my stove. They are reliable and they have reasonable prices. I would recommend them if you want a good reliable conmpany.
Bad company-Avoid Unprofessional people. They tried to scam me with all kinds of fees. Avoid this company. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Let me add my 2 cents. They do not respond to service calls. Called 1st thing in morning, no appointments, asked to speak with a supervisor been over 4 hours. They will gladly take your money but when they have to do work all you can hear are the crickets chirping

Bay Gas was the worst ever - Now Paraco Bay sucks worse - You let an 86 yr old run out of gas on automatic delivery in this cold. This is her heat - You were called Friday am. I called daily and was led on. It is now Sunday night. Now I'm told you made no deliveries today.You should be real proud of yourselves and hope you sleep well. Your company is an overpriced joke,
This company is the worst! We had a 100 lb propane that we owned and they started charging up "rental fees". They said it was so that they could replace the tank when it was worn. They never did this! We decided to switch companies and stop paying for nothing, so Bay Gas stole our tank which was half full (and we prepaid for the gas) and they refuse to return it. The staff is also very rude. No wonder they have an F rating with the BBB
This company does whatever they want year to year. One year it was I did not order enough gas throughout the year and they were going to charge me, then they changed their policy and now I gave to pay an equipment rental fee.
Bad Truck Driver – What a horrible male driver on Saturday afternoon at 2pm today (January 7, 2012. He was driving with his middle finger pointing at the sky, dangerously and disrepectfully. Seems they would have some sort of self discipline and courtesy while driving those dangerous cargos around the island. This incident occurred on William Floyd Parkway, between Route 25A and Route 25.
