I met Joe through my Napa guy. He came out and made sure the lift we picked out would work. When he was there, we had another lift fail! He had the part on hand and took care of it for me!! Top Notch Service!! Joe and his Crew came back and installed my lift on the weekend. Very accommodating. He knew I needed that bay for scheduled work on Monday and got the job Done. I will make sure to use him in the future and if I could leave Ten Stars, I would!! Thank you
BGE responded immediately to our call for a broken lift. They repaired the issues quickly so we were able to utilize the lifts for service. Call them if you need service, inspections, or a new a lift. Great company!

The full history of my dealings with Bay Garage Equipment would make an interesting story. As some have noted there was an employee there who did not put the company in the best light, and I had dealings with that person. He's gone. And the folks I dealt with this time -- including the owner, who is out on the job -- are committed to putting things right. Do not trust these guys to install your lifts. Had to completely reinstall mine after they screwed it up. Save your money and time find another company.
