A great place to live. Incredible amenities, beautiful grounds, tranquil setting, and great location. Minutes from the beach and great shopping close by.
HOA here is complaining about the farm they built the community next to. Waste of space this should’ve stayed a farm too. Don’t move to Delaware thinking you get to call the shots on the farmers. Delaware is an agricultural state.
Unfortunately, the Bayforest at Bethany Beach HOA shows little understanding of or appreciation for agriculture—ironic, considering they’ve chosen to live in a state rooted in the heritage of small family farms. Delaware farmland existed long before these subdivisions were created. I encourage members of this HOA to take the time to get to know their local farmers rather than attempting to push them out over minor inconveniences.
