Unfortunately, our experience at this dealership was disappointing. The staff we interacted with were not welcoming and, at times, appeared unfriendly. Communication was quite dry, and the interaction felt rushed. We were informed that we needed to complete paperwork for a vehicle we were interested in, which we did promptly. I suggest sending the Receptionist/service advisor on customer service training. Rang to make a booking, asked a simple question, she got upset and forgot to put the call on hold and said... THIS Guy on the phone!!... I worked in the motor industry and I do know customers can get on your nerves. But in my 13years I realized that a customer will get upset when you clearly don't know your product. Next time.. put the call on hold, or just cover the phone..
