Walker Reid with Bay Flooring originally installed our wood floors in 2018. In July 2025, we experienced significant water damage, and I contacted Walker to handle the floor replacement and refinishing. He was professional and responsive, and his team did excellent work. The floors appear seamless, as if nothing ever happened. I highly recommend them.
