Walker has done three projects for me over the years. The first carpet job he did for me was for my commercial space and was great. Some time went by and I hired him to install carpet in my house and LVP in my office. The carpet has not held up well and started to deteriorate in higher traffic areas after a year. Walker Reid with Bay Flooring originally installed our wood floors in 2018. In July 2025, we experienced significant water damage, and I contacted Walker to handle the floor replacement and refinishing. He was professional and responsive, and his team did excellent work. The floors appear seamless, as if nothing ever happened. I highly recommend them.
