Great lodge and service!!! Food is outstanding! Fishing guides were not good at all! Really horrible! Guides are all independent and were paid a fee to take you fishing! We had four boats for two days on a corporate trips Several of the Guides iterally had dead bait…dead shrimp… and didn’t catch fish!! We also literally had a guide that forgot to turn on his aerator and all the croaker bait dead..crazy! If you want great lodging, great food and horrible fishing..bay flats works! We had such a fantastic time. The lodges were very nice, up to date, and had all of the creature comforts you could want. The appetizer happy hour was always banging and the food was to die for. We got to go out into the bay with a father/son duo captain situation. They were so knowledgeable and made sure we caught tons of fish.
Was invited by a vendor. Had a great time. Great meals, guides, rooms and resort amenities. Looking forward to booking a vacation here soon.
One of the Gulf Coast bay lodges ive ever stayed at. Experience, food, and hospitality was top shelf. Can't wait to come back next year
This place is a top-tier experience. From the lodging, to the food (OMG so so good!!!), to the guided fishing, it was an amazing experience. Can not recommend this enough
