Bay Flats lodge is fantastic! Patsy, Angie, Hunter and the rest of the crew offer great customer service. All of the angler captains were helpful and did a great job on the excursions. Our company organized a client trip here and every detail was superb. Would highly recommend!
This business has people working for them that really know how to please thier guests. From the accommodations to the food quality, everything is top notch.
This our third trip to Bay Flats Lodge and we left feeling a bit underwhelmed this time. As repeat customers, you already know the routine and what to expect; and as usual, the staff didn’t disappoint in their hospitality. They are always friendly and super helpful. We stayed in the Teal Suite and for future travelers, you should know that this room is connected to the pantry or some other part of the Lodge kitchen, and is very noisy.
