As a new resident in Meadowbank was looking for a local gym. Obviously the chain gyms are everywhere but they are not local. Decided to join Bay Fitness and so glad I did. The atmosphere and staff are so welcoming and so much equipment. Jamie, the owner took the time to give me a program and gave me a personal training session

Everything was fine for the past few months since I joined on 12 November. I trained regularly without any issues. The problem started after one small mistake. I forgot to return a dumbbell once, which I admit was my fault, and I accepted that immediately. However, after that incident, a long-serving staff member repeatedly complained about me for things that were previously never an issue. Massive gym with every type of equipment you can think of - there is seriously so much equipment for all kinds of movement and exercises, so many different sections and areas to workout in, it's amazing! Run with passion, local business (not a chain), and an overall great place to work a sweat. Can't wait to try all their class offerings very soon. And they're also Fitness Passport-friendly! What a win!
