Big thieves, they will steal your money Don't waste your money with those lying people The manager Jeff he told us he will give us 6 month fo free and after a month he said no he can't do that after we start the system and he refused to write it on the contract we asked him to write it he said I promise I am the manager and we trusted him but he's lying and their system is very bad and bad customer service
Terrible, terrible to deal with. I purchased a vacuum from a door to door salesman, I was mislead about the satisfaction guarantee timeframe. I was told by the salesman 30 days. When I wanted to return the product I couldn't get ahold of the salesman so I contacted Bay/Aqua finance and was informed there is a 3 day satisfaction guarantee. I told them I refuse to pay for the product so now they monitor my credit report almost daily and pulled a hard inquiry on my credit. They also sent it to collections but that doesn't show ... read more
