Every visit to the branch and phone call is a breeze and the employees are helpful and personable
I really tried to get some semblance of service out of the teller at the front desk. Generally, having a no-first attitude, isn't the best customer service policy but that is exactly what I experienced today.
I would recommend any credit union, but this one the staff is terrible. (Mandy Williams) Their manager smells like booze. (She is a known alcoholic) They treat people by the amount of money you have in your account I’ve had terrible experiences with these people I would definitely say stay away.

I applied for an account online. I never received any "you're approved, welcome" type letters or emails, just started receiving spam promotion emails and a few pieces of random mail, one of which had an account number. Okay, guess I'm in? I never got a debit card. I went into this branch to cash a check (the whole point of opening an account) and they said I can't cash checks for a few months.
