I took my brother (who doesn't drive) to Bay Eye Care for a 3:45 appointment. We arrived at 3:40 and he signed in right away. There were 6 people in the waiting room (some waiting for a spouse or child). My brother was called in at 4:05. The techs did the pre-work before the doctor came in. He wasn't seen by the Doctor until 5:20. That is horrible service. I understand if things get busy or an emergency happens but my brother was not informed of anything, which leads you to believe that he was forgotten or neglected. ... read more
