Why aren't there 100 stars!? Scott, Rich/Bay Equity "walk the walk" of being genuine, supportive partners. Scott led the way through the mire of real estate finances-I just held on for the ride. I never expected to say " I trust" someone I don't really know, working in an area (finance) I know so little of BUT I not only trusted Scott and his group right away, I LIKED THEM all from the start!
