The staff were good. What is terrible is the accounting department. I paid for the work on the day of the appointment. I was notified by my insurance company that they reimburse Bay Endodontics in full a week later. 3 months later I am still waiting for my refund from Bay Endodontics! I have called and been informed that the "check is in the mail". Will never go to them again if they are that untrustworthy.
