No Fing way would I choose Bay electric knowing what I know now. They Designed and Installed an off grid solar system approximately five years ago at my off grid home. It has continuously failed with more than 3 dozen pushing 4 dozen service calls over the 5 years. They installed spyware on the system. Thinking I was causing all the failures. Proving to them that I have not touched the system. But they still blame me. Refusing further service. Every component in the system has been replaced at a minimum, of twice, and some c... read more
Snow and ice fell off our roof and pulled the power line down. At 4 AM. I called Bay Electric (at 4 AM) and Will answered, and had a crew out, the issue repaired, and the power restored all in a few hours. A+!
