Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I don't subscribe to their services and never will yet every Thursday I find their trash containers blocking my driveway. I have called their office numerous times, and they still continue to leave their containers blocking my driveway. I paid to have that driveway to be repaired as I use that driveway damn near every day. It's a Private Driveway. One star is being too generous. This is THE WORST customer service encounter I have ever had. The representative was rude and had ZERO customer service skills whatsoever. We were customers for 17 years and told "you should have seen the total balance owed"...I PAID the total bill and they still refused to pick-up our trash until another week. The town I live in found out Bay DIsposable was burning our recycling. I fired them years ago and they continue to bill me for service that was never provided. I have written and called them many times explaining why I will never pay the bill. Now I found out they have sent the bill to a collection agency.

Do not use Bay Disposal if you have the option. They don't pick up your recycle, they don't answer your emails or call you back after leaving multiple messages. Then when you get fed up and call to speak with the supervisor, they tell you it will be picked up on a certain day but it doesn't. I've had it missed like 10 times over the last 5 years and several of those being over the last couple of years but their records show that it's been missed 1 time since 2020.
