2015 Tiffin 32SA cl Acoach listing 2" to driver side. Bay Diesel worked me into their busy workweek to find out why my coach was leaning badly. Main coach to chassis welds were all broken. Chris, the owner, and the Bay Diesel folks diagnosed the issue and fix, leveled the coach to its proper position, and rewelded all six welds. Had my Tiffin 2016 36GH in Red Bay for some updates, contacted Bay Diesel and asked if they could do an undervehicle inspection for me, they fit me in, put my MH up on a lift, found a minor air leak, which they fixed, changed my axle fluid and greased the chassis for me. (Had to fix a badly positioned grease fitting). Now my MH air system does not leak down overnight! They pointed out future service needs. Well experienced techs! I will be back!
Come every year for annual maintenance. This year got the oil changed, generator serviced was on our way to campground and the DEF check engine light came on. Called, they said bring it back. We did and sadly it was the fault no diesel pusher want to see.. DEF head sensor. But even with buses in bays they got the part we needed and did the change out in the parking lot so we could keep our appts for the next day as scheduled. Arron, David, Kevin and Bryce are amazing. Highly recommend!
