They’ve rescheduled me at least 3x due to no one available to run the mammogram machine. Online scheduling takes you to a dead link. Each time I reschedule, I spend >30mins on hold or pick the call back option, which has spotty reliability. I have to stay in the McLaren network, but all of their locations must be struggling for staff. I will say the staff that is there is top notch. (Please note this process happens every single time for last couple of years.) So once again I’m nearly overdue a year.

I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE FACT I RUSH WHEN I WAS TOLD I HAVE 15 MINS TO GET TO MY APPOINTMENT BECAUSE I HAD INCIDENT ON MY WAY AND I RUSHED TO MAKE IT ON TIME FOR THAT 15 MIN MARK AND THE LADY AT FRONT DESK SAID THEY COULDN'T DO MY APP ... LISTEN I GET IT BUT ON THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED SHE BASICALLY LIED TO ME , THANK YOU FOR THE WASTE OF MY TIME YOU SHOULDN'T OF TOLD ME I HAD 15 MIN. I AM NOT COMING BACK , MY OPNION MY RANT
