I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE FACT I RUSH WHEN I WAS TOLD I HAVE 15 MINS TO GET TO MY APPOINTMENT BECAUSE I HAD INCIDENT ON MY WAY AND I RUSHED TO MAKE IT ON TIME FOR THAT 15 MIN MARK AND THE LADY AT FRONT DESK SAID THEY COULDN'T DO MY APP ... LISTEN I GET IT BUT ON THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED SHE BASICALLY LIED TO ME , THANK YOU FOR THE WASTE OF MY TIME YOU SHOULDN'T OF TOLD ME I HAD 15 MIN. I AM NOT COMING BACK , MY OPNION MY RANT
Got in and out in 15 min. Even though it was a slower Friday, they were efficient. My technician was knowledgeable, professional and kind.
I went for a mammogram at Bay Diagnostic Center West Campus on 03/22/19. They demanded that I sign a legal sheet stating "At this time authorization for your services has not been approved" and that I would be liable for services. Worker at the desk never checked my eligibility for services with BCBS, stating "she didn't have time and she didn't know me and could not take my word". This could have been avoided with a simple call to BCBS, but she refused! Why would I take her word that the form would only be used if insurance... read more
