Karen is so precise in her diagnosis, explains options and addresses any concerns. Staff is very friendly
I called to schedule an appointment and Ariana could not verify my insurance and said I would need to call my insurance to verify it was active. I had my insurance portal open at the time and was telling her that it was in fact ACTIVE, she insisted I call to verify it anyway. This made no sense to me as they should have been the ones to be doing the leg work in verifying my insurance was active. I went for an annual skin cancer screening and saw a nurse practitioner - would I return? NO. I think she was thorough but very impersonal/cold and condescending. Before exiting the room, in the doorway, she turned towards me with a parting comment: “the red area on your neck is permanent sun damage” and left (she had a little attitude in her tone).
Great follow-up visit with Karen.
People are friendly, Karen is great, knowledgeable, explains everything and is very nice.
