This is a very delayed review. I was referred to Bay Dermatologist about 1 year ago. Although I had attended my 1st appointment with the female Dermatologist, who was reasonably pleasant, I was happy with the results. I then made another appointment to see her. The receptionist rang approximately a couple of months prior to my next appointment, wanting to cancel my appointment, due to the female Dr being on sick leave. I went to Bayside for a few things. My feet. Dermatitis. A lump on my eye (which i had removed today) And the nurses are all lovely, polite and patient. The procedure went great. They coach you through the whole ordeal. Made me feel very comfortable. I see Doc K Kerkemeyer. Her bedside manner is absolutely nothing short of caring, kind and compassionate. I also attend Bayside 3 times a week for light therapy on my feet. Again the girls and Nurses are more than accommodating. Would absolutely recommend !!!
Dr Karolina was amazing, took the time to listen and did not at all rush the appointment. She was genuine and helpful, highly recommend :)
Called to ask a few questions and the receptionist laughed and said bluntly they are not taking any new clients.
Dr Michael and Dr Catherine Black are very approachable and thorough Dermatologists. They both prioritise patient care and also very good surgeons, taking time and using a wide range of surgical techniques to give patients the best outcomes. Their rooms are immaculate and are well equipped with the latest technology in lasers, fillers and they have a UVB machine for skin treatmmets.
