I recently switched dental offices as Bay Dental is more convenient for me and I had a great experience. The space is new and modern with big windows that let in lots of natural light. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming and the hygienists were attentive and made me feel comfortable. I have been going to Bay Dental since I moved to Vancouver in 2019, and I cannot recommend them enough. I have sensitive teeth, and the team always make sure that I'm comfortable - checking in throughout the process. I also really appreciate that they explain what they're doing throughout any procedure (whether it is a cleaning or a filling) so that there are no surprises. I was initially referred here for teeth whitening. Dr. Tu explained the process clearly, including what results to realistically expect. The result was more effective than any salon whitening treatments I’ve tried before. The cost was higher upfront, but the results reflected that. I've continued going here for general checkups and hygiene appointments over the past year. The team has been professional and straightforward, and overall it's been a positive experience!
