I am very pleased with the service of Deidra and the Secretary staff. They were very professional, polite, friendly, and caring. Deidra was our repair manager and her communication and transparency was superb throughout! She maintained frequent communication and did a super job working with progressive to keep them updated and followed up with them constantly! We thank Bay Custom for washing and cleaning our car too! So nice a repair shop that has customer at their focus and not the insurance company! Our vehicle was returned to OEM level!
