Worst Client Service I've Ever Experienced – My friend was a one time client recently and you couldn't pay us to go back. She had an appointment at 9:20am, which I attended with her. We weren't seen by the doctor until 10am with no explanation or apology for the wait. I actually think I saw the doctor pull in the parking lot 35 minutes late because right after the car pulled in is when the doctor finally saw us to the room!
