Excellent service, very polite, very efficient!
Adian, Jason and Tyler N were on time, performed the work in one half day, cleaned up and showed me their work. We had our crawl space conditioned to control high humidity and mold. Great crew that worked well together. Blake & Paul completed the project from the electrical side. The dehumidifier was connected to a GFI switch, lights were installed in the crawl space and I was given on overview of their work and the system controls. Bay Crawl Space sent Charles Vann to my home in response to a request for a crawl space evaluation and repair plan. Charles is a great communicator and arrived at the scheduled time to conduct a very comprehensive inspection and generated several excellent options for repairs that could fit my budget. Highly recommend! Charles was very knowledgeable and informative about addressing my slab leveling issue. Only reason I didn't choose to do business with Bay crawl space was due to their total cost was way above my price point for this project. Understandably these larger contractors don't really want to come out for smaller menial repairs in a sense without making a certain price point which again from a larger contractors operational aspect completely makes sense.
