Everyone that I have talked with and or worked with me getting my foundation stable was AWESOME! Customers PLEASE consider having an independent company verify that every vent was properly sealed after the encapsulation is completed. I hired Bay to fully encapsulate my crawl space and was told the work was complete. However, I later discovered that several vents had not been sealed. Another company, PestOut, found rodents still getting under the house and had to complete the sealing. Electrical workers Jeff and Blake great communications. Showed up without the proper material but Jeff drove to Elizabeth City to get the correct parts while Blake installed all the wiring under the house. Even worked in the rain to complete the required tasks. David S came out to complete some Masson work looks fantastic.Highly recommend Bay for ALL Crawl Space work!
