Under attack by a scammer and wont pick up their phones to respond the the report I have been trying to give them. Please do not trust anything that comes out of here till they reslove it
We used BCS per our realtor's suggestion, as her broker is connected to them. The experience seemed fine up until closing. The rep who did our closing was condescending and talked to my husband and me like we were idiots for any questions we asked.
