Here is the REAL story about this company, not from a disgruntled employees wife, but from a traveling Missouri resident (the Show-Me State). Ray and his team are AWESOME! Last week I made a silly mistake and put DEF in my fuel tank. (I guess I was thinking fuel additive since I am new to this DEF issue.) I called the shop and spoke to Kevin. You should definitely NOT use this company. They supposedly fix big trucks for people and companies, but they are horrible. My husband worked there (he left when he found out how corrupt they are), and has talked about how they would charge for stuff, but not do it. For example: ~Charge for an full oil change and new oil filter, but just top off the oil that's in the truck, and clean off the old oil filter instead of putting in a new one ~Charging for a new water pump, but just take out the old one, re-paint it, and put it b... read more
