Most unprofessional place I have dealt with. Do not go here. I had to schedule appointment 6 weeks in advance and then when I leave work early to show up for the scheduled 3:00 apt, I was told the therapist had to cancel all of her apts for that day. No phone call or anything to inform me. When I asked why I was not informed, she said she left a voicemail. I showed the receptionist who was ridiculously unsympathetic my phone that there were absolutely no voicemails on my phone. Had I not shown up there would have been a $30 ... read more
It is impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office. The phone will ring a few times and then go to voicemail. No one ever returns voicemails or helps solve problems. A simple task of filling out and faxing paperwork took over a week and a half to get correctly accomplished.
