Most unprofessional place I have dealt with. Do not go here. I had to schedule appointment 6 weeks in advance and then when I leave work early to show up for the scheduled 3:00 apt, I was told the therapist had to cancel all of her apts for that day. No phone call or anything to inform me. When I asked why I was not informed, she said she left a voicemail. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone in the office. The phone will ring a few times and then go to voicemail. No one ever returns voicemails or helps solve problems. A simple task of filling out and faxing paperwork took over a week and a half to get correctly accomplished.
This is, without a doubt, the most unprofessional medical organization that I have ever dealt with. I cancelled a scheduled appointment one day prior (exactly 22 hours and 56 minutes before), and I was charged a no show fee of $40. To add insult to injury, they are now charging me a $20 late payment fee while I am in the middle of protesting the other undeserved fee.
They only want your money – What a joke. You can not reach anyone on phone, you request records and they say it will take a month to copy 4 pages. 3 months later and no copies. They try to get your money only. Dirty office, nasty staff, unprofessional therapist. Erin West talked about other clients and gave their names, she talked about my childs issues in lobby room in front of other people waiting to have their money taken. I am warning you now to stay away
Very disgusted with this goup – Never have I had such grave concerns about the care we have received from a "professional". It is bad enough that they are chronically late with appts, then to only be given 6 minutes (yes, six) of their time. I don't need to say much more.
