Go for it! They are trustworthy, ethical, devoted… the best hard-working team in town that cares to collaborate with you in your construction vision to the tiniest detail. They are a rare gem. They said they would be done by a certain date and then actually delivered on their promise in spite of poor weather conditions. We love them and will hire them again!

Alex, the owner is the best. Bay Construction is the best construction company in Santa Barbara. I have used him multiple times for clients and had clients use him for larger remodels. He answers the phone, knows what he is doing, has knowledge to get the job done, he is reasonable and fair pricing. I recommend him to all my clients.
