Alex, the owner is the best. Bay Construction is the best construction company in Santa Barbara. I have used him multiple times for clients and had clients use him for larger remodels. He answers the phone, knows what he is doing, has knowledge to get the job done, he is reasonable and fair pricing. I recommend him to all my clients.
