If i could give 0 stars i would. If you can see a different behavioral health place do it. I was with Eric Barr and the meds prescribed don’t work with me i asked for a diff psych for a second opinion and you have to be released from the previous to see another well somthing they said gets approved in 24 to 48hrs it’s now been almost 2 weeks and still nothing if you can go to a different office save yourself a head ache and don’t go somewhere else
Where to start from the 30 min holds to the drs who completely dismiss you and your medical Concerns . to the over reaching of the office staff . I went in for an appointment and was treated horribly by the staff and the dr . Who by the way refused to discus my treatment or a treatment plan . They will make you wait weeks and months for referrals . Before when it was bay Community health they where fantastic! . I have loved going to Bay Community Health for my healthcare. I have always had excellent care from Gabriel Wilson, my primary care physician. He is very professional and has a very kind bedside manner. He shows empathy for his patients and meets them where they are. I genuinely felt like he cared about my health and my wellbeing - from a whole person perspective. I highly recommend this practice if you are in the South County area. In the health part the people out front had scheduled me 2 times in the past and they told me that there was a mistake, and I had to go home. Today I came here and I was one minute late, and they say I have to reschedule. If funny how it works, the poor customer service and compassion from the people that work here. On top they always forget to send the prescriptions.
Trusted them for years. Had me drive over an hour round trip and wasted 30 minutes in the office to tell me the answer they could’ve given over the phone. Hardly ever give you an appointment with a real doctor, just NPs. Shameful practice.
