In the health part the people out front had scheduled me 2 times in the past and they told me that there was a mistake, and I had to go home. Today I came here and I was one minute late, and they say I have to reschedule. If funny how it works, the poor customer service and compassion from the people that work here. On top they always forget to send the prescriptions.
Trusted them for years. Had me drive over an hour round trip and wasted 30 minutes in the office to tell me the answer they could’ve given over the phone. Hardly ever give you an appointment with a real doctor, just NPs. Shameful practice.
I have never ever dealt with a Doctors office that requires you to bring in medicine bottles as proof of what you are being prescribed I also have never dealt with an office that requires THE PATIENT to bring in copies of their medical records. Hopefully my next rating will be better
This is the 2nd time I have waited more than 30 minutes due to the negligence of the front deskand no one checked back in to see what I was here for. Absolutely unacceptable!!
Update Dec 2025: Bay Community has again lost one of its best practitioners with the departure of Andrew Powell. Fortunately Andrew is moving on to a better job progressing his career. Unfortunately, the management at Bay Community let him go unexpectedly the week before Christmas, months ahead of his scheduled departure date. This has left his patients wondering what happened to him and stuck finding a new primary care physician with no handover and no notice.
