Went for a physical. The process was extremely smooth, the staff was helpful, and even helped me during check out when they noticed there were issues with my MCO details.
This place is ran by children and has children working here. Not a single person here can do their job correctly. Tbh every last employee and doctor here are brain dead. Also the doctor and other children employees will talk behind your back while you’re waiting to be seen and has no 🥜 to say it to your face. Every doctor here are amateurs who have no clue what they are doing. I guess that’s why they are at this amateur location making a fraction of what REAL Doctors make.
If I could zero stars I would. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor's office. The PA I saw for RSV is very incompetent. He sent me for a chest x-ray, and said he would know within a couple hours, the results and he would call. A couple hours went by, so I called, because I never heard from him. The office closed... early for the day. He never mentioned they were going to close.
