This is no longer Collision Guys…they changed owners and now the shop is horrible. The former desk associate Nicole was amazing. I went in yesterday with a 2,000 dollar estimate from GEICO insurance ready to have the work done on my car door. The man at the desk was RUDE, DISMISSIVE, DISRESPECTFUL AND LAZY. He would not get off his but to assist me and would not let the man who usually works on my car speak to me. They just lost 2k from my auto insurance. If you are in need of a repair at a timely matter this is not your place to go. New to the city and paid with my own money for a wheel and air bag change which I was told would be fixed on a Monday, I then initially was being communicated to on the delay everyday hearing the same thing. Brought my Sorento in for some work because it was T-boned, not only did I get it back looking as if nothing happened, I got it back a day earlier than originally quoted! Abe and the team were great, Customer Service A-1!!
My experience at Collision Guys Redford was awesome. The customer service from the Manaager Nicole was amazing. She always kept me posted and updated with the status of completion and gave service with a smile. I didn't know that I was the first customer at this location bc they do it with such ease. My car looks great too! I would definately return to this establishment again if ever needed in the future.
