Average experience overall but there was some hair in some of the bowls, the dishwasher drain was also not working, all of the housekeeping people left early every night and people were not at the front desk at certain times
We are satisfied with everything. The front office manager, Kiana and her son the maintenance were very helpful to us when we had the flat tire on our second day. They went above and beyond the duties of hospitality personnel. We also love that they have the tram that we can ride to the beach and shoppings.
Checked in on a holiday, difficulties getting information needed to access our room. Room was nothing special, dated, but clean. Didn’t have amenities to be expected of a Club Wyndham affiliate- bring your own shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, lotion, etc.
Beautiful location, units are beautiful. I recommend this area to anyone coming to Destin area.
