The front desk officer and other staff were responsive. Bay club I has a nice view but is aged. The furniture was unsteady and stained. The room and bathrooms weren't cleaned thoroughly and need a deep clean, paint refresh and caulking especially in the bathrooms. Bay Club II was 100% opposite so any of my future stays there will only be in Bay club II which is a Wyndham owned property. Bayclub I is not.
Love that we have enough space for a family of 4, 2 twin beads and a queen, kitchen and beach access across the street.
Check in is listed as 4:00 PM. Per the desk clerk at check-in “check in begins at 4:00 but is not guaranteed”. This is ridiculous. No timeline provided as to when room would be available for checkin. I’ve been patiently waiting to no available. It’s past 4:30 and still no update.
