Nice gated location. Very well maintained area of hotels and residential area. Hotel rooms are dated but clean. Staff are helpful and polite. Elevators or stairways with handicap entrance double doors and ample parking in open area.

Our stay at Bay Club of Sandestin was an absolute disappointment from the very beginning. We arrived on September 6, 2025, at 3:30 PM, expecting to check into a clean and ready room. Instead, we found that our assigned room had not been cleaned at all. When I addressed this issue at the front desk, rather than receiving an apology, I was treated with shocking rudeness. Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Filthy Room, Rude Staff, and Zero Respect for Guests I have never stayed in such a disgusting hotel in my life.
