I was supposed to see Dr. Tracy for my MCAS. I went in, the front deck person asked for the paperwork they sent me, they sent me nothing. They handed me allergy paperwork to fill out? They had NO idea what MCAS is!! I said "forget it" and walked out.
I have been calling the women’s health for almost a week now and they only answered once and got me transferred to one of the doctors who didn’t answer and I’ve left my name, number and my reasoning for visit many times and have not received a call back at all. This is ridiculous.
The clinic administrator is horrible. The way a person is informed of biopsies is absolutely not ok. The complete disregard for people is absolutely ridiculous.
Doing my appointment now so far so good
