Office staff appears untrained at best. Dealing with any clerical work at this clinic is extremely frustrating.
The Place is always clean! The staff is friendly. Dr.Kolbinsky is awesome shes very informative & helpful! She answers all questions and concerns. We made a plan that works best for my partner and I! She trys really hard for you with her knowledge to help! After trying for so long with many doctors telling me uncertain things she got to the bottom of everything & come to find out I'm healthy! I finally have restored HOPE cause of HER!
Truly unbelievable incompetence. It has been over two months now and no word on my lab results. They send the same order 4 times instead of the 4 different labs my Dr. requested. Then they wont contact me about the one lab they did receive results for. I've called countless times. Each time I receive assurance theyre looking into it and then more weeks go by with nothing. Gross negligence and I am shocked they havent been served a lawsuit yet.
I can never reach Dr Kimberly James office for scheduling or care . this is awful the last time I tried to get medical help I ended up in the hospital because their incompetence and lack of medical service
