The new check-in system at Bay Clinic is extremely inconvenient. It makes no sense to check in on your phone, then go to the front office, and still have to check in again at the front desk. The front office staff often seem untrained and confused—they repeatedly ask for the same information and still struggle to enter it correctly. Injured on the job and was told my insurance was only good here. Problem is they don't know the rules so my case got denied, I lost my house and spent the next 7 years trying to get treatment, disability and housing. I won everything but I am still homeless and still need medical treatment. I would trust these people to wash their hands. Their mistakes totally destroyed my life.
My son has Dr. Toledo, we have never been let down by this clinic.
