Very hard to get a call back from them. Can not find a dr in area anywhere. 67 years old and on medications and need follow up..This is terrible. Would have given a 0 rating if it would let me.
I have been trying to get an appointment through Bay Clinic, LLP for three weeks. I had to fill out a medical history and they said would get my medical records from my last doctor. I had to call Bay Clinic twice. Still no appointment. I was told by staff to just go to emergency.
