Absolute nightmare. Over $5,000 in errors. And had the nerve to still charge $1950. Didn’t start the transfer of funds until next day (when I questioned the issue).
Complete nightmare! Karen was our closer for an empty lot my husband and I purchased. Shortly after closing we found out the seller was a fraudster! The most frustrating part was learning that not one person at Bay City title took the time to properly verify the seller, they had multiple opportunities to do so!
