I had an annoying problem with my Suzuki and they fitted me in quickly for a review. The staff were friendly, they fixed my car whilst I waited and I was able to work out of a very nice customer waiting area, which had a large TV, coffee machine, drinking water and restroom facilities. I even waited for another 30 minutes after my car was fixed as I had time to my next appointment. The man who dealt with me was very helpful and I think they all an incredible job. Thank you.
Very happy with the service for my car and extremely happy with the customer service. Rachel at the front desk was super friendly and efficient, she definitely deserves a pay rise or bonus for all that multitasking she was doing while somehow keeping a smile on her face haha. I love that good old fashioned customer service she gives. Thank you, i will be back for my next service 🙏💞
