My mother was sick so I have not been in my apartment for two months why I came home and I'm being billed for using an AC. This company is a scam and just splitting the bill between residents instead of going by the residents meter individual. What they are doing is illegal. I will be talking to someone about this because I have proof that I was away it should not be a reason why I have an Ac bill and it's so high.
I don’t understand why my building start using this company. I don’t understand how I’m being billed when I don’t use the ac!!! I barely be home!!! I called and they don’t help
