Scheduling an appointment is like trying to contact the president. They never answer the phone. And every time I take my son, he has a new doctor. It shouldn’t be this hard to schedule an appointment.
My children have been visiting here for 3 years. The staff is absolutely AMAZING and Patient with the children. We always have good visits. Dr. Willis and his team are EXCELLENT. 100% always recommend this dentistry.

Great work; they just don’t answer their phones.
Fast, Friendly, & Upfront with costs/copays. No one in Bay City can match their level of customer service & quality of work. My son got a cleaning done, they noticed he had 2 cavities and filled them the SAME day! The waiting area caters to kids with games. I wish I could gatekeep this place because I love how they don’t overbook & aren’t super packed. We will definitely be coming back.
