Purchased a new Kia Seltos GT in April 2025 , was delivered to me with faulty side mirrors not opening correctly took 2 months for them to look at they could not fix it so they have said they will get back to me, tried to ring the manager at Bay City kia also told he will get back to me, Great Service hey
When you book your car in weeks ago, making sure you ask the company if they're open not once but TWICE ON THAT DAY due to it being show day and both times you're told that they're open. So on the day you drive to hervey bay only to find out they're closed!! Surely i was in their book to have my car done today. Thanks for the phone call to let me know you're closed.
