very bad service, told they don't know when parts will arrive, all other isuzu dealers told me they would know, I asked to get my from the service guy, as I was in a hurry, to it was fi e ,but the service guy would not give me ny keys I had to rip the keys out of his hands and tell to get out of my car,later the manager rang m e asking why I took the keys ,I will never go back ,gympie was a lot better, plus it was not the first time they stuffed me around
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. After conducting a check over on my Isuzu dmax on Thursday I had a part of my internal handle fall off Friday morning as I was driving. When approached about this, Paul (I assume the service manager) sent a staff member out to check the problem after initially denying that it was any wrong doing of Isuzu. New Management and service personell. Showing a massive improvement and better customer service offered
The worst service ever! They finally agreed to replace the aircon once it had gone during warranty period. Once returned allegedly fixed the airbag light is now on and the aircon leaks into the passenger floor carpet. They refuse to acknowledge a problem. In addition we have complained the DPD is not working correctly and they have said it’s fine and we will know if it’s not working as it will cost a fortune.
