Absolutely horrible service. Tried to tell them the left front window wasn’t working but would when you slammed the door hard enough. All they did was lube the seal so it worked. Charged me $200 for it to not work 2 hours later. Took it to the dealership in Bundaberg as they could get me back in sooner and told me I actually had a connection lose. No one listens to the customers there and charge an ungodly amount for nothing.

No customer service skills in their service centre. The service manager promised to give me a call back when he wasn’t busy to resolve an issue that their new trainee couldn’t assist with because none of her colleagues in the service department would help her. I asked to speak to the manager as all other advisors were busy and he was apparently tied up and told me he’d call me. Never heard a word. From one dealership to another, you guys have no idea what customer service looks like let alone “teamwork”.

WARNING: they charge for quotes and do not tell you this beforehand. They force you to come in and hand the car over even if it is a part that can be looked up in their database. The quote they charged me $93 for did not require any disassembly or problem identification. All parts requiring replacement are externally visible on the vehicle and I even gave them my VIN ahead of time.
