Not good lack of communication 5 days still car's not fixed I'm left without a car 4 five days not happy
Dodgy practice, sent my car in for a service and got a call back saying they need to completely replace my oil pan and quoted $1900 ($1000 for the part brand new and $900 for 4 hours of labour) rather than owning up to their mistake of cracking it themselves they tried to charge me. How do I know they caused the issue? Cause these are the only mechanics I've ever used and the crack is in the threading of the oil pan.
