Good people. They came out to my loading dock in a hurry because our one forklift went down and we had no way to load our pallets. They are fast and fair.
They came out to look at our forklift and said we needed to have a new charger. Its been over a week and this was my second call to find out what was happening and they still don't have a quote for us but I did get a bill for a service call from their office in Tampa to our warehouse in Oldsmar and the total was $445.89 of which $400 was for the labor/travel charge. NEVER will I call them again to do nothing. Not even the respect to call me back with a promised quote.
