Don’t move here. Roach infested. I’ve only lived here a month and 1 week. Even after replacing our refrigerator and doing exterminations we still have roaches coming from our restroom, behind stove and the closet in our living room. The property management claimed the apartment I live in is their show home. Also as of yesterday July 12 from the times of 12pm-3pm I washed laundry at the property laundry Matt and from that time line I provided my laundry was touched and place outside the machine wet and thrown in the laundry b... read more
The property manager is super awesome. Nice apartments at a great price. As a single dad it definitely makes the cost of living affordable.
The apartments are large and the trains do not come through very often, when they do the trains are very slow due to carrying hazardous materials. Some of the stairwells are getting dirty, but some are still clean. Has a nice pool. Best of all it is dog friendly.
I've been living here for almost 2 years one of the nicest places in Ingleside Texas the management and maintenance team respond fast and treat you with great care. If you're looking for affordable living in Ingleside once you check here, you will need to check anywhere else.
Always good neighbors to live next to always peaceful and quiet best place to stay
