We were a walk-in and first time visitors yesterday. A fantastic young man named Junior did my son’s haircut. My son suffers from a tick disorder and his current tick is shaking his head. Junior was fantastic. We weren’t even sure what kind of hairstyle would be great and he went through a couple options with us That would best suit my son’s style, head shape, and natural cow licks. We definitely will be going back. This was the best haircut and experience we’ve had!
Jr did a great job with my son! He is very happy with how it turned out! He is also a great conversationalist which made the appointment nice as a mom and for my son! Thank you very much!
Scheduled a day-of appointment on Saturday with JR. He reached out after someone ahead of me no-showed and invited me to come in early! I appreciated how clean and professional his workplace was when I arrived. JR was very communicative throughout the haircut and made sure to check with me before making any changes to my hair. He clearly loves what he does and the end result looked great! I will be returning here again!
Good haircut when you actually get an appointment (2 times good experience) ; poor booking system ; called appointments can’t be relied on and walk in have never worked. Tried going 6+ times (convenient to Tesla charger); 2 successes. Sad ratio and lots of time wasted.
