This place has been a life saver. My grandpa needed to a safe place to go after surgery and Ms. Rose was remarkable. She was quick, efficient and made the transition easy for all of us. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The facility is really clean, my grandpa loved the home cooked food and the staff kept him smiling. Loved this facility.
Rose and Bay Care Assisted Living take such good care of my dad. Home cooked meals, fresh showers.. of course it's not the Four Seasons Hotel - but I do not worry about the care of my father or his wellbeing whatsoever because I know he's in good hands. Rose takes care of her residents as if they were her own family. She is very attentive and forthcoming with everything, she is a nurse herself. Sad to see another reviewer with such negativity. If you love your loved ones, DO NOT keep them here. The owner of this facility, Rose Onyeagocha is very mean. She employs immigrants with no papers and treats them like slaves because she knows they can’t report her.she makes them work 18 hr straight with no off days. She also barely buys any food for the residents, the facility is very dirty and smelly. Her staff have no proper training and no background check. She even employs people who have criminal records to work for her so she can short change them. She hits one of th... read more
This is a place to keep your loved one if you love them. The management team is very compassionate and residents and their families are treated with dignity. Yummy Home made food are served daily in a very clean environment I highly recommend this facility
