Awful, they don't respond to any emails or phone calls.
They gave me a below market value offer which was ok since I just wanted to sell. When it came to closing they never returned my calls and finally had someone do a inspection that had mistakes on it and they decided to back out of the contract. After several calls and emails nobody never returned my calls. As of today I finally signed cancellation of the contract and for some unknown reason deposit gets returned to the company. Not happy with their lack of responses after several tries.
