If I could give Ray, Maria and all the team 10 stars, I would. The genuine care from these people was evident throughout the entire project. They hold themselves to extremely high standards both for the quality of their work and for their behaviour. We had part of our house remodeled, removing walls, replacing kitchen, dealing with asbestos. They treated my home and my family with utmost respect. We found Bay-Built Constructions to be very professional to work with. Their team worked efficiently on our project of replacing the front stairs and renovating the back stairs on our Queenslander. They delivered a high standard of workmanship within the timeframe agreed, and communicated really well with us along the way. We were impressed with this company, and will definitely use them again for further work as the need arises.

Their motto says it all, done once done right! Ray and his team have done 3 jobs for us. Mostly recently they completed the raising of an old Queenslander and built in the lower level. As always their attention to detail was immaculate and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. The whole house was completed in just over 5 months.
