Nathan and Matt were extremely professional from start to finish throughout the refurbishment of our restaurant. From the initial concept and practical buildability advice through to their excellent communication, quality workmanship and timely handover, the entire experience was seamless. Their attention to detail, professionalism and commitment to delivering a quality result were outstanding. We highly recommend Nathan and Matt from Bay Built Constructions for any residential or commercial construction project.
Matt and his team did a fantastic job planning and building our new carport. Communicating and working with our concreter so they could put a post in before the concrete pour. Matt was a great help when our solar was being installed (completely separate job that Bay Built were not involved in). Matt was able to come over and discuss with the solar installer while they were still on site. Then they were able to add a beam to our old shed to support our new solar panels at short notice. Highly recommend.
Matt and his team have been so great to work with throughout our bathroom renovations. They are good people, with good advice, easy to communicate with and get the job done. Thanks team!
If I could give Ray, Maria and all the team 10 stars, I would. The genuine care from these people was evident throughout the entire project. They hold themselves to extremely high standards both for the quality of their work and for their behaviour. We had part of our house remodeled, removing walls, replacing kitchen, dealing with asbestos. They treated my home and my family with utmost respect. The younger guys would fist pump my kids each morning and the older guys would ensure our cats were tucked away safe and sound. Ra... read more
We found Bay-Built Constructions to be very professional to work with. Their team worked efficiently on our project of replacing the front stairs and renovating the back stairs on our Queenslander. They delivered a high standard of workmanship within the timeframe agreed, and communicated really well with us along the way. We were impressed with this company, and will definitely use them again for further work as the need arises.
