They came in to do a insurance kitchen job, proceeded to finish the job and leave without letting us know they had put a hole in the wall. After months of calls trying to sort it out they finally send someone to fix it. The painter proceeds to come say he is all done only to find that he has cleaned his paint brush in the kitchen sink and left paint specks everywhere around the kitchen sink, window and all over dishes and cups around. Absolutely poor professionalism and zero proper customer service.
I am very happy with the service Bay Building Services provided with my property. The did a thorough repair with my garage wall and door. I don't have any hesitations recommending this company.
Very good service. Did emergency repairs on the weekend and follow-up was very good. On time and great result.
Appointed by our insurance company to replace a ceiling that was water damaged. Extremely poor experience and completely incompetent at managing what is a relatively straight forward job. Try to organise for the ceiling to be removed without the electrical or wardrobes removed and then don’t tee up trades until bits are done and you have to wait several weeks for the next trade to be available.
