Anthony was extremely patient and knowledgeable in explaining Medicare, the supplements, and the advantage plans, and Amie was just as patient and knowledgeable in helping to get enrolled in the market place. Baybridge employees helped my husband and I choose the insurance that best fit our needs. They took time to discuss with us what the plans offered and how they would work for us. They went over network providers. We never felt rushed or like we were asking dumb questions. I have recommended them to friends and family. They even gave us a call to make sure we received our cards and see if we had any or concerns. Definitely will continue working with them. We did not meet anyone there that wasn’t friendly and caring.
